Be respectful
Treat the person on the other end the way you would want to be treated if they were sitting across from you. That means no insults, no mocking, no pressure and no repeated contact after someone has said no or left.
Different people have different comfort levels, cultures and senses of humour. If a topic is making someone uncomfortable, drop it. If you are the one who is uncomfortable, you can leave at any time, and nobody is owed an explanation.
Keep it lawful and consensual
Do not use CamGoChat for anything illegal. Do not share or request content involving minors, and do not share intimate content of anyone without their clear consent. Do not record, screenshot or share another person's call without their permission.
Anything that could harm someone, including threats, stalking, blackmail and hate speech, ends the conversation and may end your access.
Protect privacy, yours and theirs
Do not ask for or share private information such as full names, addresses, workplaces, financial details or passwords. If someone does that to you, you can decline, and it is a reason to report. Your own habits are covered in the safety guide, and the way we handle data is in the privacy policy.

If a conversation heads in this direction, say no, tap Next, then block and report.
What happens when rules are broken
When you report someone, the report reaches our team. Depending on what happened and whether it is a pattern, we may warn the person, limit what they can do, or end their access. Serious cases can be passed to the appropriate authorities.
We cannot promise to act on every report instantly, and we cannot tell you what action was taken against another user. What we can say is that reports matter: a block protects you at once, and a report helps protect the next person.
How to report a problem
On the call screen, use the report option, choose the closest reason, and confirm. If you need to tell us more, or if the issue is about billing, an account or something that happened earlier, contact CamGoChat support with the address on that page. Anything that puts a person in immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services first.
