1. Using CamGoChat
By opening CamGoChat and starting a match, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and you must be allowed to use online chat services under the laws that apply to you. CamGoChat is not for anyone under 18.
2. What the service does
CamGoChat connects people for live conversations in the browser. You choose video, audio or text and the service pairs you with someone who is online. You can end any conversation at any time, and you can report or block the person you were paired with.
We do not guarantee who you will be matched with, how long a conversation will last, or that the service will always be available. We may change, suspend or stop parts of it, for example to fix a problem or keep people safe.
3. Guest sessions and accounts
You can start as a guest. A guest session belongs to the browser you used. Some features, such as buying coins, may need an account. If you create one, keep your login details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Free matches, coins and purchases
Each day you can use a number of free matches. After that, matches and live minutes use coins. The price or coin rate is shown before you agree to it, and a purchase happens only when you confirm it.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us with the date and amount and we will look into it. Except where the law gives you a right to a refund, coins that have been bought and used are not refundable.
5. How you agree to behave
You agree to follow the community guidelines. In short:
- Be respectful, and leave when someone asks you to.
- Do not break the law, harass, threaten, scam or impersonate anyone.
- Do not share, request or show anything involving minors, or intimate content of anyone without clear consent.
- Do not record, capture or share another person's call without their permission.
- Do not use bots, scripts or other automated means, and do not try to interfere with the service.
If you break these rules we may warn you, limit your use or end your access, without refund where the rules allow it.
6. Reports, blocks and safety
You can report or block anyone you are paired with. We use reports to improve safety, and we may act on them, but we cannot promise to respond to or act on every report. You use the service at your own discretion, and the safety guide describes the habits we recommend.
7. Our responsibility
We provide CamGoChat as it is. We work to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. People you meet are not our employees, and we are not responsible for what they say or do.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and when we do we will change the date at the top. If you keep using CamGoChat after an update, you accept the new version.
